Summery of the family Cortes catastrophic life
Dierdre Celeste Cortes was born in Griffin Ga on 6-16 -74 to a drugged addicted mother with no spouse. Dierdre Celeste Cortes endured catastrophic abuse and negelest that left Dierdre Celeste Cortes Developmentally delayed from a combination of trauma and a head injury. At approximately 14 years old Dfcs removed Dierdre Celeste Cortes and was placed in a domestic violence shelter ran by sisters from churches where she left after 2 months. Celeste then joined job corp. under the homeless program, where she obtained her GED. She later went to the University of Georgia for 2 semesters transferring to Gadsden State in Alabama due to the inability to pass the English requirements of UGA. There she slept in her car she bought with student loans and went to school. This only lasted about a month and a half. The severity of Celeste’s trauma as a child left her with drawn and very unable to cope with people. Celeste’s developmental level was approximately 8 years old. This was when she met Primitive Cortes Cruz who manipulated Celeste mental condition and convince her he would protect her and take care of her. Celeste Cortes role as a child was mainly a sex slave for a neibor that would tie her to the bed hours at a time. So Celeste Cortes was more comfortable and could better function with this arrangement better than going to school since the relationship Celeste and Primitivo mimicked the life Celeste was more adjusted to(a sex slave). Primitivo beat Celeste the very first night the relationship started. Primitivo was raised by a mother who had raised her self in the woods like salvage. This was due to the fact DIF did not exist in Mexico back then and at age eight her parents died leaving her to raise 4 other children like door steps all younger than her. The stories told sound more like wild dogs living in the woods than children. His mother later married his alcoholic father who routinely beat her. His mother had 17 children only 7 lived to be adult. The abuse from this family not only horrific but is deadly. At age 14 his father just up and died. Left with funeral bills and 4 little starving brothers and sisters Primitivo decided to go to Miguel Fuentes who had jobs for young boys in America. The horrific exploitation of Primitivo is what made the monster he is.
Celeste Cortes became his beating bag and remote control baby doll in 1994. Celeste served and catered to Primitivo till Francisco was born in 1996. Then suddenly Celeste became more concern with the baby’s need and but the baby first, so the beatings got worse. This is when Celeste began to have a desire to leave but did not even comprehend her ability to leave due to her mental development was only a young child. In March 1997 1 year and 2 months after Francisco was born the first real need to protect her child came about that day. Celeste ended up arrested and with a ruptured spleen. After having charges dismissed due to being the victim she was released from the hospital to find her husband a fugitive in Mexico and homeless with her baby and DFCS involved due to DV. She went to live with her mother. Her mother sent her to the bars to bring home money for her drugs or she would call DFCs and have the children placed in foster care instead of family placement. Celeste never was a prostitute! She chooses to box instead even though all her organs had been operated on just 4 weeks before. After 5 months, Celeste was tired of street boxing just to give to her drug addict mother over 1000 dollars aweek
Plus all TANF and food stamps. So Celeste began to conceder Primitive’s Idea for her to smuggling him in and live as fugitives. This was the only alternative to living with her drug addicted mother that Celeste could comprehend at this time. The Idea of being independent had never even occurred to Celeste. So in September 1997 Celeste went to the Mexican border to smuggle Primitivo Cortes in but when she got their Primitivo have a few more friends wanting to come along too. This is what started the Cortes smuggling/ human trafficking ring. Primitive began to beat Celeste again the little bit of decision making Celeste had learnt from the 16 hours she worked on the weekends boxing and charging 5 dollars to dance with illegal aliens made more conflict. Celeste started having Ideas of her own and that enraged Primitivo. Celeste could only take it 3 weeks she called her mother her mother was telling her how she need to come back home and go back to work. Celeste hung up the phone and went to her mother’s house. Celeste went to work Friday but Sunday she came got Francisco and took off to Mexico. Primitivo’s Mother was so happy her grandson was there. When Celeste met Casimira her new sister in law she could tell she was very jealous of the relationship of Celeste and Francisca.
A few weeks later Celeste became deadly sick with vomiting and diarrhea.
When Celeste began to become paralyzed a cousin of Primitivo took her to the airport where she flew in to Atlanta to go to a hospital. After spinal taps the doctors begin to ask if any one would want to poison her. Celeste was took AMA before more test was done.
Celeste at that time was not ready to deal with reality that she had been poisoned and Primitivo’s denial just kept Celeste from reality even more. This type of poisoning is very common in Chilcuautla among the indiges. Celeste continue to become paralyzed even after being removed from the hospital she became a complete quadriplegic. Now Celeste was back in the arms of her abuser but even more defenseless. The horrific torger Celeste endure does not need to be embellished just the mere fact a person could beat a quadriplegic is astonishing. The fact he choked, kicked, tie-up and jumped on her is worth embellishing But to come home drunk and crawl up on a quadriplegic and impregnate her after such a beating in defiantly something our society should consider out-lavish and well worth embellishing. As soon as Celeste got where she could crawl around and get up on AFO’s she took off to Mexico for her Son Francisco. Barley able to stand and walk she managed to get to Mexico to her son. On Dec 12 1998 she attempted to finally leave Primitivo. She slipped out at night with her now 2 year 11 month old son got on a bus headed to America. When a diesel came on the wrong side of the road and knocked the bus off the mountain 200 meter. The mere fall of 200 meters is astonishing but then to have to fall out the window of a bus laying on top of tree on to dead bodies just to climb up a raw mountain paralyzed with your son so you can flag down a passing car in hopes you can find a doctor to help. Celeste does not need to embellish this incident, the incident it self embellishes it’s self. Any person that could say such things to anyone that has endured such horrific events should be the one who’s mental state under question. After arriving to a clinic DIF was called. When Doctors examed Celeste, doctors concluded that Celeste was too physically disabled to be allowed to leave alone no longer with a toddler. So DIF called The Cortes Family to Come Get Celeste. Francisca was very angry at Celeste since this accident was what caused Francisco’s disability. Celeste also fount out she was pregnant with Anthony at the clinic so Celeste decided the escape had to be put on hold. Celeste realized she had to wait at least till the baby could walk due to the fact she could barley stand and walk her self. Celeste went to America to have the baby. Celeste went back to Mexico 3 months after the birth of Anthony. It was too hard crawling on her chest and put on diapers with her teeth. Primitivo was too busy with his pollero business that supplied illegal to local politicians to help. He was always on RUNS, making business or drunk with his prostitutes. Going to Mexico was part of her SUPER PLAN. Her SUPER PLAN was going to take about three years but this was going to be the plan that she thought would worked. The plan was to go every single day to hot water springs where she lived and do self physical therapy and get able to walk really well, fix Primitivo’s immigration status to legal, build his credit, buy a house, then file for divorce and get custody of the kids and live happily ever after. This is about the only thing that can be considered delusional in all of Celeste Ideas is this! But this delusional idea was mainly due to the fact Celeste did not know who Primitivo supplied illegal aliens to at this time. Celeste still was naive and felt when she told her story to the court they would be appalled to help her get away not be an accomplish in his Pollero business and actually abet this horrific abuse and captivity.
Carroll County did not set out to abet and help Celeste’s husband to hold her or abuse her. It just happen that way due to a chain of events that left them Quote” saving their ###”. What people do not realize is Illegal business people has every day lives just like other people, some are more functional than others. As one can tell by reading this the Cortes is one of the most dysfunctional of dysfunctional. The only different between legal business and illegal business is the mere fact illegal can get you in jail if you are caught. Every thing else is the same. Contracts are contracts except it’s your word instead of paper and when one does not keep his word well as the Cortes saw all HELL can break loose and people fight dirty and use any and every thing to get one to hold up that contract. Hierarchy also assist. The Cortes story is not a conspiracy theory that is from delusion it is simple this. Celeste Cortes was at the end of her emotional rope when deals went bad between illegal business partner who happen to have the position to manipulate her catastrophic past to shut her up they never imagined her persistence and resistance powered by the emotional fight to get out of this hell that she had been held would explode in their face. It all started when Celeste’s husband started supplying for a Ray Baxter. As they moved from Coweta County to Carroll County the battle for illegal aliens begin. Celeste did not know that much about the bad business part of the move but what got Celeste Started 6 years ago that took almost 7 years to get her calm down was the fact she almost lost both her children to a heater leaking carbon monoxide poisoning and the owner thought he was going to make her pay for the replacement of the heater. Celeste was already emotional from all the trauma in her life and this was fixing to set a chain of events that would get Celeste in the middle a ocean with everyone puling each other down to keep from drowning. The Ex-Landlord/ Ex-business partner got furious when the Cortes family just simply pack their bags and just left the county and went to Ray Baxter like the contracts meant nothing. That was when he called in reports to DFCs and dog pound just for spite. Celeste was very honest with DFCS and asked for couslin services
Celeste never received requested services. DFCS was not concern with Celeste but was more concern that Francisco was home schooled and spoke mostly Spanish. The next 6 month a case worker just made sure Francisco stayed in school. Celeste received couslin from Denise and Ray Baxter. The were ordained thru the Pentecostal church of God.
Each time Celeste went to Coweta court she got closer and closer to the emotion point of break.
First she demanded she was American and demanded to go to the American court and not to the segregated court for Mexicans. This left Celeste to take the charge on alone because Primitivo was not willing to stand up to them. He advise Celeste to just go to the Mexican court pay the money the people wanted and walk out but even with Primitivo beating her she would not give in. She continued to file complaints of segregated court and violation of civil rights. Celeste had reached her limit She would Stand up in court Look them all in the face and tell them she would never pay for the heater that left her baby developmentally delayed. See since Anthony had developed normally up until the 3 months of expose to carbon monoxide at 130 parts, Celeste had it in her head the heater was the cause of her son’s problem. When Celeste would call varies offices to file civil right complaints her child like innocence and naïve ness really exposed the illegal activity to the authorities on the other end with out Celeste realizing the full depth of what was happening. All Celeste understood was she was not going to give her children money to pay for that heater that had hurt her child and Celeste was ready to fight to the last breathe.
Looking back now with a lot more maturity and knowledge on organized crime and immigration laws Celeste can see now how she was “opening the can on some nasty worms”
That could leave all involved in jail for along time. What really got the ball rolling was when Celeste rented the community center and started passing out flyers to the immigrants that were being exploited for town meeting by illegal immigrants. First this was in a town that still is very segregated second almost the whole town is related and some how involved in this little smuggling ring. So can you imagine! So suddenly she was ordered to see a psychologist who just so happen to be the wife of one of the big business men. The plan of Carroll County was after Celeste was served with the petition to have Ray Baxter to explain who, who was in the smuggling ring and what was going on, but Celeste panicked and took off with the children before he could. Celeste hides out in Mexico until 6 months had passed. She did this so that she could go to Texas and have a non corrupt attorney have jurisdiction due to the 6 month resident requirement. Celeste did not realized the full existent of what was happening until she return from Texas(where the custody case was transferred to).Celeste had only returned to Georgia for the state charges but she does admited she tried to file a law suit in court against Betsy Prince but the corrupt court would not let her. That was when Ray Baxter called her to his house and explains what was going on. At this same time various people in the ring had been charged with fines for working illegal aliens and since it was the Cortes fault they were going to share the cost of fines. So one day Ray did not pay for illegal labor. It was over 100,000. 60,000 was illegal aliens Primitivo had supplied 40,000 was illegal aliens Noë Martinez had supplied. By this time Primitivo had endured a little stand up attitude from Celeste rampage that he had decided to take a stand too. Since he had received his work permit he went to the main people who were over Ray Baxter and convince them to start doing business directly with him and Cut out the middle men and both save money. The middle man happens to be Ray Baxter and his Attorney Daniel Camp who happen to be Juvenile court judge. So the fight for illegal aliens took on a whole new arena. So the night Primitivo Came home drunk laughing talking about how he had got a Mexican lawyer that was going to sue Ray Baxter for unpaid labor and worker comp for all the Mexican that had fell on their head on cement from 2 stories, Celeste explain how she was going to testify for Ray Baxter and shut the door in his face and said how he could find his clothes in a black garbage bag at the end of the drive. Celeste had promised Ray to supply them with all the illegal they need and Ray had promised Celeste she would never have to worry about loosing her kids as long has she was on their side she did not have to worry about a thing. Then some one gave some court deeds and liens to Celeste. The papers showed how the papers that Dan Camp (juvenile judge) was fake on the house that was part of the promise of Celeste compliance. Celeste confronted the Judge and Ray that’s when Celeste was petitioned again. The same time Primitivo was arrested for an old warrant (child rape) Ray and Dan new about for years was suddenly served. Celeste was took to court and in a room told she could finally leave this county but she was never to return their messenger said “you better leave and never come back because once they get there sight on you they will not stop till they have taken care of you” he then said ‘I can admit I never seen any one take them on like you have but your best bet call it quits BEFORE YOUR BODY ENDS UP IN THE CHATTAHOOCHEE RIVER you got what you wanted the freedom to leave with no warrants”. So Celeste left back to Mexico. Celeste felt defeated and stuck with Primitivo in Mexico. Primitivo continued to hide her children from her see Primitivo had figured out Celeste was going to run for it the first chance she had with both her children. Celeste decided He she could not wait on the FBI which she had been an informant for the last 3 years. Cases like these take 10 -15 years. What really got Celeste determined was in September 2006 Primitivo attempted to burry her alive. Celeste escaped then went back for children when the American embassy refused to help due to the fact they have dual citizenship. Celeste busted one child out thru the window in early morning. She did a trade off for the other. Celeste did all this even though she stills has severe gait from GBS caused by the OP poisoning. Celeste took her son to the hospital for trauma when she got them to the border in San Diego California. Celeste was getting the therapy her children needs. The hospital called CPS due to this horrific story. The Georgia Judge sent to San Diego the same defense is Celeste is “delusional” The doctor’s from USD CAPS only allegation was that Celeste and Francisco was telling a horrific story and the children had endure catastrophic abuse and trauma. Celeste has reports that verify every thing and FBI has verified Primitivo Cruz is a human smuggler. Celeste has seen several psychiatrics her diagnose is PTSD with depression.
UPDATE: It has been almost a year and CPS will not give Dierdre Celeste Cortes her children but let me tell you what all they have gave Mr Primitivo Cortes.

(2) a free court appointed attorney
(3) free phone calls to him in Hidalgo Mexico
(4) let his attorney go to court for him he doesnot have to show up
(5) protection from his rape child warrant I the American and his victim.
I can not get my Attorney to call me on my San Diego cell phone, Have witnesses
enterduce evidience like EMGs, Sonigrams, tape recordings, or accident reports.
